Holpen Barns have recently been renovated keeping as many original features as possible. With stunning views from your private terrace over the rolling farmland to the sea or out onto the moors, you cannot fail to sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity the farm has to offer.
The farm is set in over 200 acres of rolling hills, 32 of which are woodland that you are free to enjoy. There is also 16 acres of a 'Site of Special Scientific Interest' (SSSI) with water vole and many rare plants.
Situated between Whitby to the north and Scarborough to the south you are in the ideal location for holidaying at the beach, walking, cycling - Dalby Forests' cycle tracks just a 30 minute drive away, sailing at Scaling Dam plus many more activities close at hand. Sightseeing at York is a must with its many attractions, not to mention the shops. Charming villages abound - Helmsley, Hutton-le-Hole and Robin Hood's Bay to name a few.
The village of Fylingthorpe is two miles away with a shop, post office and pub. The beach at Robin Hood's Bay is three miles away.
