Layout
Downstairs there is a large open plan living area with a well appointed kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator with freezer compartment and microwave.
The sitting/dining area has an LCD TV with DVD player and stereo system. Cloakroom/boot room adjacent.
Upstairs there is a generous bedroom which can be made to either a super king or twin beds. There is ample cupboard and drawer space.
The bedroom has stunning views down the valley. Next door there is a luxurious en-suite shower room.
There is a patio area outside with table, chairs and gas bar-b-q.
